I know that outsourcing in Bulgaria is much cheaper among european countries and the people there are professional and skillful too. And also the competition in outsourcing there is not that high like any other countries.

Outsourcing to countries which are not yet competitive in the BPO playing field has both risks and advantages. Costs and less competition in talent acquisition are the main advantages. But beware that lack of experienced providers can be a big challenge.

Indeed, outsourcing is fast becoming the choice of means of operation of business, may it be small or big. There is a great advantage in implementing this, as it does save tons of money, and at the same time, it gives one control on a field or several fields of the business. It is important to also determine which business processes are to be outsourced, and which could actually be done locally. This saves time and more importantly, money. It also produces the desired result. So why not go for that which can earn you bigger savings, right? Flexibility and adaptability should also not be overlooked. Moreover, efficiency is not compromised in doing outsourcing. This is definitely the best way to go, especially in these times wherein we have to look for ways to both save more and produce more.

Outsourcing gives you more control over business outcomes and can help you share risk. Cutting costs was the catalyst but now, this reason is what executives seek for. Outsourcing gives them the ability to manage and organize business results in a variety of critical areas, which include control in reliability, cost variability improvements and effective implementation of ideas, cost-cutting and the most important being the ability to plan. The diversification of a company toward an outsourced vendor helps share risk. It allows companies to apply strategies and modifications at a faster and more controlled rate. At Infinit-O we gain client trust by working with you and adapting to changing requirements.

I would appreciate more visual materials, to make your blog more attractive, but your writing style really compensates it. But there is always place for improvement

@gotoshibe
My opinion is based on South Eastern Europe region. Here are a lot of small (understand micro) companies, which must be competitive with bigger one's. Most of principles are applicable for Bulgaria, but we have big differences from another countries like market size, mentality, level of social conscious and etc.
So my advice is to read great authors for this article, but every time and every situation must be estimated according your target market, social group and country. At the end of last sentence great authors become faded.
